Expanded metal fence on the railway line at Klemkestrasse
The border strip that ran along the tracks of the Heidekraut Rail facing East Berlin was secured by this expanded metal fence. Today it separates the Wall Trail from the allotment gardens behind it. Smaller fragments of the expanded metal have been built into some of the allotment garden gates.
