Border Fence Post in Papenberge
Border fence post on the former patrol path south of the Papenberge settlement
The former patrol path runs from the southernmost end of the Papenberge settlement through the pine forest to the former settlements of Fichtewisee and Erlengrund. Along the way remnants of the border security fence are visible, such as the posts seen here, some of which have holders for electric fuses.
